2. Description of Service
TestDrivenCode.com is a platform where users can post programming problems and solutions. The Service allows users to share code, view problems posted by others, and submit solutions.

This license continues even if you stop using our Service or delete your account. We may sublicense these rights to third parties.

We do not warrant that:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable German law:
- We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
- In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, our liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
- The above limitations do not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
We are not liable for any user-submitted content or for any damages arising from your reliance on such content.
10. Indemnification

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. The license you granted us to your content will survive termination.

For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain applicable.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
